Role Overview:

This position emerges from our growth, an increased project pipeline, and the need to expand our client services. The focus is 100% on Commercial Interiors, excluding residential, and we welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds who align with our values. Moreover, candidates should be adept at working with a sales team on both small and large-scale projects. This includes tasks such as furniture space planning, creating overall design cohesion between the FF&E package and the architectural space, quoting and budgeting, and project management.

 

Qualifications:

  • A prospective entry-level designer should either be a recent graduate or possess 1-3 years of experience from an accredited Interior Design program. A keen enthusiasm for mastering new design programs, crafting lifelike interior renderings, and collaborating with clients to ensure an exceptional experience is essential.
  • Experienced designers, with 3-5 years in the field, should have a background in the commercial interiors industry. A crucial requirement includes a strong emphasis and passion for direct client interaction, delivering meticulous project management, and ensuring an unparalleled experience.
  • Passionate individuals with the desire to step up and grow quickly within a progressive organization.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Additional experience in Revit, Keyshot, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and CET is advantageous.
  • Capable of multitasking, project management, and, when necessary, contributing to the management of key accounts and fast-paced projects.
