In an effort to continue to offer our clients an unparalleled experience, and afford our associates the ability to focus + specialize on a few key areas of the business, we're looking to hire a strategic, motivated, self-driven Project Manager to manage projects consisting of two (2) of our largest and most successful product lines (Architectural Walls and Fixed Seating).

This is a high profile role working with an amazing team and interfacing with great clients in a high stakes, time-sensitive environment, and in addition to a competitive base salary, we offer aggressive bonus upside along with medical benefits, a 401K w/ company match, and one of the best work environments in the area.

Basic day to day responsibilities would include the following:

• Review architectural drawings and bid documents to assess project details in relation to product, such as size, scope and specifications
• Work with salespeople to strategically qualify opportunities
• Coordinate with factory personnel (@ KI - www.ki.com), General Contractors, Architects, Designers, + End Users to establish and maintain project schedules
• Produce and submit proposals and quotations
• Write technical specifications for architects and designers
• Review installation plans and coordinate installation logistics with vendors
• Maintain project punch lists, confirm resolutions and ensure their completion
